Another recipe from Cook with Jamie.

Dead simple - cut up the cabbage, cut up the bacon, pick the thyme.
Wok fry the bacon, add the cabbage and thyme, add about 1 pint of water with half a chicken stock cube. Cover the wok, till the cabbage is cooked, add a spot of butter. That's it.

The soup was tasty, but if I did it again I'd probably cut the stock and do a straight stir fry with just a little water and chicken seasoning. I liked the addition of the thyme though - really goes well with the overall flavour of the dish

Stuffing: ground pork, minced onion, minced carrot, minced shiitake mushroom,
hijiki, egg, salt, white pepper

Seasonings: consomme cube, soy sauce, sake, laurel leaf,
sliced bacon (spread them at the bottom of the pan)

Source: tomato source (minced tomato, minced onion, minced garlic,
ground oregano, olive oil)

Garnish: turnips (boil them with the broth of the cabbage rolls), boiled broccoli
